A big "thank you" to the officers of the SHFS for rolling-out the red carpet for a group of firefighters from the Reading Fire Department on Tuesday, 9/23. Everyone enjoyed the visit and was impressed with the amount and variety of historic fire apparatus on display. I believe there may be some individuals coming back to spend a little more time at some point.
At Mike K's suggestion, we also visited the Rescue H & L in Shenandoah. This was a great suggestion as everyone was impressed with the building and the equipment.
