I really like those Jeeps! Many of the conversions of these units to fire apparatus were done by Howe and Boyer. Swab and other local manufacturer turned out a few too. The next time someone sees this apparatus I would appreciate it if you would take a moment and look on the dashboard and floor area and locate an identifcation plate that says which company manufactured this unit. If it is a Howe or Boyer I would like to know the serial number and model designation.
