The Hanover Twp Station #5 (Luzerne County) will hold a Fire Department Flea Market on March 7th 2009 at Station #5 (Breslau) 299 First St.
This will be the same type of Flea Market Jenkins Twp Fire had a few years ago.
No admission to get in, Local Departments Invited to sell will be receiving letters within the next week. The hours right now are being discusses and will be posted in the next few days.
We will only have a max of 11 departments invieted to sell due to limited space. We do have newer well functioning equipment as well as older equipment avail to departments and antique collectors. Equipment avail that I know of includes Ladders, Hose, couplings, air cylinders, hand tools, mounting brackets, hand lights, Ladder belts cascade parts etc.
Keep the date marked on the calender and Hope to see alot of you there!!!

Well after some mix-up and unavailability of the hall. The date for my annual Fire Memorabilia Auction is set: Friday March 27, 2009 at 7:00PM. We will again hold the auction at the Milford Community Firefighter’s Hall, Milford, OH. We’ll follow the usual custom have the preview begin at 6:00PM.

Saturday, July 11, 2009 - Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania Pump Primers will hold their annual Antique Fire Apparatus Show and Muster from 8 am to 4 pm in Riverfront Park, across from Harrisburg Hospital. Admission is free. The site offers excellent access to the Susquehanna River for riverside mass pumping, as well as a shady park setting for show apparatus and a flea market. It has been called one of the best muster locations in the country and is capable of staging over 100 rigs along the river for mass pumping, with room for more than 50 on static display.
